Struggling counsel church was renting during Covid and was forced to close down due to Use of Occupancy and Overload capacity. The church could not buy the building as intended for lack of funds and planning. CAC Investment Strategies executive team was hired as consultants by their counsel church to implement a plan, negotiate with the sellers for purchase and submit applications for change of use with the City of Sacramento. Closing to take place August 2022.
